A videodisc, gray cover with a black and white picture of (ironically) six samurai of what looks like their looking at the mysterious seventh samurai, and a library code in the top left corner "089 014", "the criterion collection" on the top of the cover. Contains 4 discs double sided, Some important notes (2016.4.8.1), and a business reply mail (2016.4.8.2). On the back is an overview, features, cast and credits, and chapter names in each disk
