Description
The Felt Comptometer is a calculation machine created by Dorr Felt that took inspiration from the Pascaline calculator, among other devices. The original prototype was called “the macaroni box” because it was made from a macaroni box and simple office supplies like rubber bands, staples, and skewers. Due to its design, it was capable of quick typing, matching the user's speed and could accept multiple inputs at once resulting in quick computation for the user.
