Manufactured in Canada Serial Number: 484 The item is tan coloured with a black base and has a switch on the base of the front with two LED lights for "power" and "carrier", on the back there is a port labeled with "FUSE: 3AG 3/16A EIA/20Ma", a place for inserting fuse and a switch with "115VAC 60Hz ONLY" labeled above it and the options are "half", "duplex", or "full". Has a yellow tage on the back: "University of Waterloo 1241 C.C.N.G.".
