Description
Java and JavaScript may appear to be the same language. Their names that are similar, packaging styles are similar, and file extensions are similar... They are, however, used differently. JavaScript does not require compiling and is frequently used for client-side programming. Java, on the other hand, must be compiled and is primarily used for server-side programming. Most interactive web applications are also built with JS. Considering the differences between the two makes these two artifacts even more intriguing.
