Description
The 8085 Diagnostic Emulator Pod, model 30118, was released circa 1983 by Applied Microsystems in Kirkland, Washington. The pod was made to plug into the EM-188, a diagnosis and test microprocessor made to emulate 8085A and 8085A-1 microprocessors. The pod enables the EM-188 to emulate the 8080A, 8080A-1, and 8080A-2 microprocessors.
