Description
The NCR Alpha was a magazine created by and dedicated to the progress of the National Cash Register company (NCR). NCR was a success company on the ranks of IBM and Watson for computing hardware, notably known for their cash registers and computers.
In this edition of NCR Alpha, it highlights the projects the NCR is working on, such as self-serve kiosks at the DMV, an X-ray image processing software, and their partnership with University of Texas. Additionally, this issue features an interview with the Vice President of NCR on the future of technology where he comments on the potential of fiber optics, wireless communication and standards.
