What looks like half of a protractor with the word “Grams” written at one side aswell as screws sticking out near the other side, and taped on are 6 metal or plastic tools with a small hole at the end of each which seem to fit on the screw on the back, Labled with "Chatillon NY" underneath tape, chatillion are developers of materials testing and force measurement instruments,
